Typically, a standard visit lasts for 2 to 3 hours. This duration is designed to give you ample time to explore the grounds, interact with the animals, and enjoy the farm activities without feeling rushed

If you arrive late, your visit will still need to end at the originally scheduled time. This ensures that the experience for visitors in subsequent slots is not disrupted. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early

Extensions are subject to availability. If the following time slot is not fully booked, you may be able to extend your stay by paying an additional fee at the visitor center

Most of our main pathways are leveled and accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. However, some natural trail areas may be uneven. Please contact our staff for a map of the most accessible routes

To ensure the safety of our farm animals and the comfort of all guests, we generally do not allow outside pets. Service animals with proper documentation are always welcome

We recommend wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Don't forget a hat and sunscreen, as most of the tour takes place in open fields

The ideal time depends on the specific crop and local climate. Generally, planting during the early morning or late afternoon helps avoid heat stress for young seedlings and ensures better soil moisture

Yes, a fully equipped first aid station is located at the main Visitor Center. Our staff members are also trained in basic first aid to assist with any minor scrapes or emergencies

If you lose something during your visit, please head to the "Lost and Found" desk at the entrance. We keep found items for 30 days before donating them to local charities
